Dashboard

The main dashboard shows your KPIs at a glance — total leads, revenue, cost, profit, and margin for any date range. Drill down by campaign, buyer, or supplier.

Reports Center

The Reports page offers detailed analytics with breakdowns by campaign, buyer, supplier, status, and state. Filter by date range and export data as needed.

Scheduled P&L Reports

Set up daily email reports that summarize yesterday's performance — revenue, cost, profit, margin, and lead counts by campaign. Configure in Settings → Reports.

Cost Tracking

All cost calculations use cost_entries as the single source of truth. This includes fixed supplier costs and variable Meta ad spend. Lead-level costs are recalculated whenever cost entries change.

How is profit calculated?
Profit = revenue − cost, where revenue is what buyers paid and cost is what suppliers got paid plus any direct cost (Meta ad spend for Variable-cost suppliers, fixed-per-lead amounts for Fixed-cost suppliers, calculated percentages for Revenue Share suppliers). Cost is recalculated whenever cost entries change — for example, a refund or supplier billing correction triggers re-computation of every affected lead, so historical profit numbers stay accurate.
Can I compare multiple campaigns side-by-side?
Yes. The Reports Center supports campaign comparison — pick any mix of campaigns (e.g., MVA vs slip-and-fall, or Campaign A in TX vs Campaign A in FL) and see their KPIs in a side-by-side table. Useful for vertical performance comparison or A/B testing between two campaign configurations.
What scheduled reports are available?
Daily P&L reports email yesterday's performance summary — revenue, cost, profit, margin, and lead counts by campaign — to anyone you designate. Configure recipients and delivery time in Settings → Reports. Use cases: morning standup data for your team, daily snapshot to clients on shared campaigns, automated record for accounting.
Can I see profit by state or by buyer?
Yes — both. True Profit by State on the Reports page shows revenue, cost, profit, and margin for each US state across any date range, useful for spotting underperforming geos or doubling down on winners. Profit by Buyer is on the dashboard with drill-down to each buyer's acceptance rate, return rate, and contribution margin.
What is Insights Drill-Down?
An interactive view that lets you slice performance data by any combination of dimensions — campaign × buyer × source × state × status — without writing SQL or exporting CSVs. Click any cell to drill into the underlying leads. Powers questions like 'Which supplier-buyer pairs produce the highest margin?' or 'Which states have the highest return rate on this campaign?'
Can I export report data?
Yes. Every report view supports CSV export with the current filters applied. For deeper analysis, the Logs page exposes raw lead-level detail including every distribution attempt, automation event, and outcome change with timestamps — useful when you need to dig into a specific lead's full lifecycle.
