Welcome to Lead Distro AI
Lead Distro AI is an intelligent lead distribution platform built for pay-per-lead and pay-per-call agencies. It handles lead ingestion, AI-powered scoring, smart routing, cost tracking, and buyer portals — all in one place.
Quick Start
- Sign up at leaddistro.ai and create your organization.
- Create a campaign — choose your vertical, distribution method, and daily caps.
- Add a supplier — this represents your lead source (your own ads, a vendor, etc.).
- Add a buyer — this is the client who receives leads. Set their price per lead, priority, and state filters.
- Configure field mapping — define the data fields your leads will carry (name, phone, email, plus any custom fields for your vertical).
- Integrate — send leads to the ingest API endpoint using your API key and campaign/supplier IDs.
Use the in-app AI Assistant (click the bot icon or press ⌘J) to walk you through setup step by step.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to set up Lead Distro AI?
Most agencies have their first campaign live within 30 minutes. The fastest path is: sign up, create one campaign with a single buyer (your own CRM as the destination), generate a supplier API key, then send a test lead from curl or the in-app Test Send tool. Adding suppliers, buyers, and custom field mappings is incremental — the platform doesn't gate any feature behind a setup checklist.
Do I need to know how to code to use Lead Distro AI?
No. All core workflows (creating campaigns, adding buyers, routing rules, automations, billing) are no-code. The only place code shows up is if you're integrating a custom lead source with the ingest API — and even then, every supplier gets a copy-paste curl example on their dedicated API Specs page. For Zapier or Make users, the ingest endpoint works as a standard webhook step with no code at all.
What's the difference between a campaign, a buyer, and a supplier?
A campaign is the lead distribution pipeline — it defines the vertical, the routing logic, what fields leads carry, and the filters applied. A buyer is the client who receives and pays for leads, attached to one or more campaigns with their own price, cap, and delivery method. A supplier is the lead source (your own ads, a vendor, a form on your website) — each supplier gets a unique API key for authenticating lead submissions and has its own cost tracking.
Can I import existing leads from another platform?
Yes. Use the CSV Import tool to bulk upload leads with full field mapping. Every imported lead gets a source tag so you can trace it back to the origin platform. Import is one-time per file; for ongoing migration from another lead distribution system, point the source system's outbound webhook at the Lead Distro AI ingest API endpoint.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts with a 7-day free trial that includes full access to all features. A credit card is required to start the trial; you can cancel anytime during the trial period and won't be charged. During the trial you can create campaigns, ingest leads, distribute to test buyers, and explore the entire platform before deciding on a paid plan.
What verticals does Lead Distro AI work with?
Lead Distro AI is vertical-agnostic. It powers personal injury law (MVA, slip-and-fall), home services (roofing, HVAC, solar), insurance, mortgage, debt, education, healthcare, financial services, and B2B SaaS lead generation. The campaign field-mapping system means you define the exact fields each vertical needs (incident_date and case_type for legal, service_type and zip for home services, etc.) without forcing your data into a fixed schema.
